Dear Kajal, not to.scare you but it can be considered as an act of malpractice. Suppose you qualify and are called for counselling, your rank has been allotted under the assumpion that you belong to OBC Category and you are supoosed to submit your OBC Certificate for counsellung and admission process. And because you belong to OC and not OBC, you cannot produce the Category Certificate. Your candidature will stand cancelled you can be booked under Malpractise.
