My community category comes under obc but i have mentioned (UR) in neet application form This creates any problem during my exam or counsel

Unless you replying for rent using an OBC certificate or are planning to do so there is no problem in what you have done
You will be appearing as a General candidate and getting a rank is a General candidate and if your rank is good enough with regards to a General candidate you'll get your city they're using the 85% state quota 15% all India quota
Sadly you will not be able to use your OBC certificate this time since you did not avail for the option
