Here are some cutoffs for last year (OUTSIDE DELHI)

• NSUT IT closed at 18715 EWS rank
• NSUT MAC closed at 8965 EWS rank
• NSUT ECE at 20859 EWS Rank
• NSUT EE at 24931 EWS Rank

Similarly there are chances in other colleges as well. You should apply as you have chance in spot round.
