As per you mentioned score in JEE mains on rank of 20218 it is difficult to get ECE and CSE. Generally, for CSE rank should be below 2000 for top NIT and for ECE rank should be below 7000 respectively. For IIIT Jee mains score should be above 265 for CSE and 200 for ECE respectively. you can reffer the cutoff rank of each NIT and IIIT from below link :
