Your category rank is very low and based on this rank it is very difficult to get any nit, but this answer is based on previous year colleges cut off and you know that cut off changes every year and also college seat is depend upon various factors rather than you rank.

Also you can go for state college counselling and private college counselling.

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs with either CSE or ECE branch as per previous year's cut-offs even in JOSAA counselling but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
