I am very sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to take admission in any branch of BIT Mesra neither any IIIT's.

The minimum ranks anyone needs to take admission in the lowest branch of BIT Mesra i.e Bio-Technology Engineering is 22538 for SC Home State candidate in and  9717 for SC Other State candidate ( according to JOOSA 2018 opening and closing rank).

And to get admission in any IIIT's one should get minimum 8077 SC Rank then only you can get admission in the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing, Kancheepuram (which is the lowest ranked IIIT's) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Smart Manufacturing ( which is considered to be the lowest branch of IIITDM,Kancheepuram)
