Yes.You can. As per the notification, I do not observe any minimum cut off age limit. The maximum cut off age limit is 25 years. So, you can definetly apply TNEA.

yes, i read on the TNEA prospectus completely no where mentioned minimum age, eventhoug i struggling to Register in TNEA last couple of days, please assit with more information
