You cannot apply for jee mains at such a young age you must be of 17 years to apply for jee mains .plzz just wait for one more year as different colleges and different exams has its own rule and regulation.and I think you must not be given chance for sitting in JEE mains centre too

So prepare for one more year

I am really sorry to inform you that the lower age limit is17 yearsas on 31.12. 2019 for west bengal joint entrance exam. And since your DOB is 2004, you are not eligible. I would suggest to drop a mail to wbjee hopefully they will help you out but its highly unlikely because its a set eligibility criteria which won't be changed.
