Hello Aspirant,
Yes you can easily use JEE Mains score and rank in WBJEE counselling procedure. At the time of counselling you will get a option to choose by which you want to continue the procedure like through JEE Mains score or WBJEE score or both WBJEE and JEE mains score. There are many colleges and universities in West Bengal that consider JEE Mains score for admission. As you are a other state candidate you can not get admission to any Government colleges in West Bengal. But you can apply for Universities and other private colleges in West Bengal.
Here are some colleges that you can get :

Hi,
WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam) is a state level exam for taking admission in various Under Graduate courses of engineering for colleges of West Bengal.
During counselling, you will experience three options, freeze, slide and float , if any college is allotted in any round.
As you already got your college in first round, you will be given a chance to be with the college you got or to change. If you opt-in , then it will be freeze and you will no longer participating in further rounds.
If you are not interested , you will be given two options, either SLIDE (for choosing different branch in allotted college) or FLOAT (for different college) in further rounds.
Please note, The seat you were first allotted, will always stays, whether you freeze, float or slide. Like, if any chance you do not get branch or college upgrade, you will be finally allotted with the first round college and branch.
I hope it helps and best of luck!
Thank you!
