According to your marks , your predicted rank would be around above 20000  in All India rank . With these marks , you might get  new IIT in  last rounds although less chances are there , and you can get other good research institutes on the basis of your jee advanced score , which are -

3) Indian institute of Petroleum And energy

4) Indian Institute of Science Education and research

Sorry to say but 80 marks is not good enough to crack the paper of jee advance for sc/st/obc category students and if she belong to general then don't even think about it.

All you can do is get her motivated and prepare for the next year or take admission in other state government colleges.
