Is the score of 402 the chance of getting into a government medical college is very low even availing the 85% state quota of Himachal Pradesh
However she can get into one of the private medical colleges with that rank and score
Do not try for 15% all India quota since you will not get any decent government or private medical College anywhere in India with that score
