Maam I belong to Sc category.. Seats for pgims are closed at 530 marks for sc in the first state councelling.. Would it be possible now?

Vacant seats may be present due to some candidates not joining the college. Many candidates go for upgradation also, that also leads to vacant seats.

but maam the mop up round would surely stretch to september.. So should I do the paper work and fees for the other college or should i stick to the mop up round schedule?
