Hi dear,

Last year cut off for Obc candidate in self financing colleges of TN under management quota was 98 at Karpagam Faculty of Medical Sciences and Research, Coimbatore (Telugu Minority) and under govt seats was 335 at Tagore Medical College and Hospital, Chennai.
So going by previous years cut off for private colleges of TN  she can expect to get a seat. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
She can also apply to private colleges of other states.
