My daughter has secured 455 marks in NEET 2019, Can she get admission into Govt medical College under 15% AIQ ? She belongs to Odisha state.

Given your daughter belongs to Odisha which means that she has the domicile of Odisha. And no candidate having the domicile of any state can apply through 15% AIQ. So , since your daughter is having the domicile of Odisha , she can not apply through 15% AIQ , she has to compete
In 85% state quota only .

Going by previous cut offs, it is difficult if your daughter belongs to General Category but she has a chance if she belongs to Reserved Categories.
