my daughter has studied till 8th in gulf county, done her 9th and 10th from telangana, planning to continue with 11th and 12th in telangana. will she be considered in state quota?

You haven't mentioned regarding which exam are you enquiring about. If this is about NEET, your daughter's citizenship matters. If your daughter is an OCI/NRI, she can only participate in Deemed/Private Medical Colleges and not in Government Colleges and she wont have any State Quota. But if your daughter is an Indian Citizen, who has studied abroad for 8 years, she will be considered Non Local and she has to reside in Telangana for atleast a period of 10 years to claim State Quota. So by studying from 9th to 12th in Telangana, your daughter might not be able to clalim State Quota.
