You havnt mentioned your category. If its General category then this score won't be enough to get a government MBBS or BDS colleges through All India Quota seats. As the cutoffs for AIQ are higher for General category mostly above 500.If she is sc,st or obc category then she have chances in AIQ in different states.The cutoffs differ in every state according to previous year so specific category should be known.
