With 370 marks, your rank could be around 91k-101k. 

For government medical colleges, cutoffs are very high and last closing rank is usually around 60k-80k for some government medical colleges and that too for SC/ST category. For, OBC the cutoffs are even higher. 

So, your chances of securing a seat in any government medical college is difficult.
