yes, she can have admission in MIT,Chennai.since she is studying in pondicherry,(but you're saying her native is TN) you have to provide the NATIVITY certificate at the time of counselling.

And i hope that she could score cut-off in the range of 197-200.because that cut-off students only can have admission in MIT.She will be considered as home state candidate, but the first priority goes to the students who have studied in TN.so her cut-off will matters there.
