Last year the cutoff for OBC category under State Quota seats were lowest for Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar for the category rank of 2370 and marks 588. This year there is a general rise in the marks obtained by students which means the cut-offs will rise exponentially as well. This leaves little space for your daughter to hope for a good college at  571. Although do give it a try. In Kerala although, there are chances in the following colleges through 85% State Quota-
Government Medical College, Thrissur
Government Medical College, Manjeri
Government Medical College, Ernaculam

Hello sir/mam,

As per last year cutoff of TD medical, Allapuza of kerela was lloted with marks of 558 and govt. Medical college, Tirunelveli of Tamilnadu was alloted with the marks of 437 so she seems to have decent chance of getting a medical seat but cutoff changes every year and also depends on some factors like category, state domicie. So it is difficult to tell you the exact chances.
