According to the rank mentioned by you in the question, your daughter has no chances to gett any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can try for some private colleges or for some state government colleges which takes admission on the basis of low rank.
To be eligible for JEE-Advance rank does not matter because it is decided through cut-off percentile, as you have not mentioned the percentile of your daughter so it is little bit difficult to predict whether she is eligible or not. However if she scored 72.88879 percentile or more than she is eligible for JEE-Advance. Because this percentile is the cut-off for OBC category for this year.
