Hi ! No , she can't get admission in Kalyani government college with this rank. It requires within 5000 rank to get into it. If her luck is too much good then she get a worst stream in mop up round. Still then no chance. But preference is that she will get Heritage institute of technology and other good private institutions and that is much better than Kalyani government college in terms of placement and all.
