You haven't mentioned if you have any entrance exam or college in mind. Neverthless, you should have completed your 12th in Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be eligible for admission to B.Sc Nursing. Candidates appearing for 12th are also eligible. The aggregates differ based on the College or the entrance examination in question. Now you need to be atleast 17 years by December 31st of the year of admission to be eligible for joining B.Sc Nursing. Few Entrance exams consider June and July as the deadline months as well. You will be 16 years by December 31st and so you might not be eligible. However this also depends on the College you want to take admission in.
