Yes, of course.The lower age limit is 17 years and the maximum age limit is 25 years for unreserved category. So, you are eligible for the NEET 2020.

Dear Jafar, for NEET 2019 the age limit is that you should be 17 years ole atleast by December 31st, 2019. Assuming that the rules remain the same, for NEET 2020, you need to be 17 years old atleast by December 31st, 2020. You will be 17 years and 6 months by December 31st, 2020. So you are eligible to applybfor NEET 2929, provided you meet other eligibility criteria.
