According to NEET Eligibility rules, a candidate is eligible to give NEET Exam if,

He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year Undergraduate Medical Course.

Accordingly, the lower age limit shall as under: For Candidates of General (UR)/General-EWS is --> born on or before 31.12.2004

Since you'll be turning 24 by 2023 therefore as per the recent rules you are eligible to appear in NEET UG exam in the year 2023.

A candidate must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2023 to be eligible for neet 2023.Upper age for candidates from General category is 25 years and 30 years for candidates from OBC/SC/ST categories.So you are eligible.NEET is a national level entrance exam for admission into MBBS/BDS courses provided by most of the medical colleges/universities in India. The exam will be conducted in pen and paper based mode.
