The eligibility criteria for NEET is that your age should be less than 25 years, if you belong to a general category and less than 30 years, if you belong to obc/sc/st category so if you full fill this criteria then you can give neet exam.i hope this information helps you.

No you are not eligible, since the eligibility criteria states that the candidate must be born on or before January 1, 2003 to appear for the NEET 2019 exam.
