NEET eligibilty criteria clearly states that you must be above 17 years of age in th year you are about to give NEET , or 17 years as on December 31, 2020 to appear in NEET 2020 , if my calculations are not wrong you will be 17 in 2020, as per this years eligibilty criteria you will be eligible , also formal eligibilty criteria for 2020 has not been released it , we should recheck from it too.
