Dear Saini, one of the basic eligibility criteria is that you should have minimum age of 17 years atleast by December 31st, 2019. Am guessing you will fufilfu that criteria. And if you can score a minimum of 50% in your +2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as your core subjects, then you are qualified to attempt NEET 2019.

The D.O.B doesnt matter in NEET. The only eligiblity criteria is, if you have completed your 10+2 or are in your 12th std with combinations of pcb and english, then yes you are eligible for NEET 2019.
