My doubt is that if a person is not from non creamy layer and falls in OBC category ,then does he able to competete for the 311 seats under OBC reservation in AIIMS institute.If not then under what category must he competete.

If you belong to OBC category, the Community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list and only then you will be considered under OBC category or else you will be considered under General category. Now under All India Quota all the 15% off All India Quota seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% percent seats at Deemed and Central University, IP quota seats in ESIC Colleges, AFMC, AIIMS and JIPMER are filled by the DGHS. In other words AIIMS sears are filled theough All India Counselling. So if your Community belongs to Central OBC list is listed under under the central OBC list then you are eligible to compete under OBC reservation or else, you will have to compete under General Category.

Thank you for your response.yah I come under central OBC category list. But I belong to creamy layer. so does a candidate belonging to central OBC and creamy layer comes under obc reservation or general category.
