Hello Ahmed,

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. With 24364 rsnk in EAMCET 2019 you will not be able to get free seat. Even in BC-E category you will not be abke to get free seat. I suggest you to further go for councelling and select the best colleges you are eligible for.
