Dear Deepanshu, according to Haryana Government, candidates who belong to General Category and whose income from all sources is less than 6 lakhs per annum fall under EWS Category. Haryana has reduced the income slab. But Central Government has mentioned a income slab of 8 lakhs per annum from all sources. As 6 lakhs falls below 8 lakhs, your EWS Certificate still holds eligible. There is nothing to be worried about.
