Dear Aspirant,

Your  EWS certificate issued on 20.11.2019. Yes, it will  be considered for the FY 2019-2020 . The financial year ends in march so  you can use before the financial year and after that you have reissue it.

The necessary documents required are;-

Adhar card

Income certificate

Caste certificate

Domicile certificate

Property certificate

Passport size photo

Pan card

Bank statement.

Property papers.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes your E.W.S certificate is valid for financial year 2019 - 2020 but after 31 march 2020 it will nit be valid hence you have to produce a new E.W.S certificate at the time of counselling or admission etc.
