What have you written in your documents as your father's name.

If you have documents like Aadhaar, PAN, Birth Certificate, Metriculation Admit card, 12th Certificate and marksheet and all of them having same father name then there would not be any problem.

You can correct it while counselling according to the authorities.

But if you have different mistakes in your father name in different documents, it is preferably to make a affidavit from court for this mistake.
