To correct this mistake you have to  get an affidavit copy of your birth certificate and admit card should be attached with your application for to correct the mistake has been done in your rank card . Your father should  have to give  to give a declaration in court paper that you are the  son of specific name of father and a copy of this declaration and  it should have to  submit official the authority of the college you have alloted for admission.
