my friend doesn't have a power in one eye( ie.0 percent) whether she will be able to study mbbs ? will she get any special quota like handicapped quota?

Hi Kiran,

According to the reservation quota declared by NEET 2020 Authorities, a person with benchmark physical disability have reservation for 5% of the total seats.

You have to produce the valid certificate for your disability than you will be eligible for this quota.

Yes you can do MBBS by appearing in NEET exam and under reservation quota for PwD(Person with Disability).
