Hello Varsha Saisri!

According to the previous year cutoff trends your friend's rank will be around 40000. She will be definitely eligible for JEE ADVANCED if the cutoff remains as same as previous years.

Her percentile will be around 97.5.

Yes... the percentiles this year will vary by very small fraction this time. It may be even rounded off to 5th and 6th decimal point if needed to decide who is above than whom. A guy having 97.54321 will have better rank than a guy having percentile 97.55443.

The NTA will release the official cutoff percentile on 30th April 2019. And based on that you'll get the idea if your friend has qualified for JEE Advanced level. As per our expert team candidates having 85 percentile or more will qualify for JEE Advanced. This is just the predicted range and it may vary. Well, as per past trends candidates having rank within 2 Lakh qualify for JEE Advanced.
