320 in BITSAT is low to get a seat in CSE department for any of the BITS campuses. However, your friend can try to get some other streams. But CSE is not possible for those marks. You can check the last year cutoffs for all the streams and all the campuses if you visit the following link:

In my opinion, getting cse will be very difficult

You may get the following branches analysing the previous year cut offs for btech course:

Pilani campus- manufacturing

Goa campus-chemical, mechanical, electronics and instrumentation

Hydrabad campus- chemical, civil, electrical and electronics, mechanical, electronics and instrumentation, manufacturing

This year, however , there may be a change. He may or may not get the above listed branches.
