You havent mentioned the Category. Neverthless, this year the cut offs have gone way higher. With a score of 517 in UP, belonging to OBC, cabdidates havent been able to secure a MBBS seat even after Round 1. Considering this, 399 unfortunately cannot get you a seat even in Self financed Medical Colleges. And All India Quota cut have gone beyond 550.
