Hi Deepak, In my opinion, it will be bit difficult for your friend to get a seat at MMMUT GORAKHPUR. The cut-offs at MMMUT are generally very high. Still he has slim chance of getting a seat. If he really want it, apply for it. He might get it. Getting cse branch will be very very difficult.
