Yes, NIOS students are eligible for EAMCET as NIOS is a recognised qualifictaion and its certificate holds value for any competiitve exams. However, it might not be very smooth to get into some private colleges and similary during placemets as some companies have policy of recruting regular students only. As a matter of fact, all governtment colleges do accept NIOS certificate.
