Dear aspirant,
I checked previous year closing ranks for all NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. There is no availability for your friend get any seat with his rank. But don't lose hope and try in CSAB special round 2019. Otherwise try some other engineering colleges with his PUC marks. Hope it helps for you.
