Hello Diwanshi, I have also got 407 marks and 9416 rank I gate 2019. I went to one of my seniors who suggested me to take admission in iiit allahabad as I could easily get admission there but have to opt for IT as my mtech branch. Another said that I could get admission in MNNIT in the spot round if there will be seats left.

Hello!Diwanshi
Your gate score isn't enough to secure seats.For NITs you need at least 600 nad for IITs you need at least 750 for Mtech program.For sureity wait till IITs and NITs announce their cuttoff score for Mtech program.To Know which colleges you may get with above score visit below mention site:
