First of all Congratulations! for your so good score in GATE. Yes you can easily get IITs with this score. In fact, due to your OBC category you can even get top IITs like IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur and other old IITs. Just keep an eye on the counselling process and be ready for Interviews.

It is gonna be difficult in IITs. But you can try IIT BHU or IIT Gandhinagar. You can get NITs but you may not have much good branches to choose from. Moreover placement statistics are not good in NITs for Mtech.

You may go for MS at IIT Madras or the joint Mtech + PhD program, if you are willing to do research but that's a certain way to get in an IIT.

So it is going to be a tough decision for you to make.
