Hii Sandip,

Your score is a bit less.As per the previous year cutoffs you have less chance of getting medium ranked NITs and you can apply for lower ranked NITs such as NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Durgapur, NIT Hamirpur,etc.You can apply for state government Colleges.You can check for Colleges on Careers360 college predictor.

Your percentile is too low for NITs or IITs for Mtech program.For IITs or NITs you need at least 600 score under general category.You may get state engineering college for Mtech .To know which colleges you may get visit below mention link:
