see very few iits offer mtech in aerospace engineering,  cutoff score changes every year and it depends on factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, category of candidates etc. however at this score you have less chances for iits, however you may apply for bit mesra, JNTUH, sastra university etc.
