It completely depends on the choices you have filled.
If you have filled choices that you have chances to get based on previous year cutoff , you may get seat in coming rounds.
But the cutoff may vary based on various factors like difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
There are more chances in coming rounds, because IIT counselling has not started and also PSU recruitment is progressing.
