Hi Kapil, the cutoff varies every year based on the various factors like number of seats available, number of test takers, difficulty level of exams etc. However going by the past records, some of the colleges you can get are, 

1) IIT Guwahati

2) IIT Hyderabad

3) IIT Patna 

4) IIT Roorkee

5) NIT Jaipur 

6) NIT Bhopal 

7) NIT Jalandar
