My gen rank is 535 in LE tech ojee in electrical engg and branch rank is 166. Can I get burla or CET. Still in 1st round I got IGIT Sarang

Dear aspirant,

You are right you should have recieved a seat in the colleges mentioned above as per previous year trends and having a high branch rank, you seat should have been guranteed. Here's two things you can check.

Check the preference list you have uploaded( if ojee counselling had one) and check the priority order if burla and cet are at the top

Secondly wait for round 2 as there will be certain candidates leaving for a better seat or altogether forfeiting their seat to the colleges. This year the two colleges might have had a higher student demand rate than last year. See all predictions done are based on what happened last year and expecting 90% of the same to happen this year. So i suggest you follow both the steps and you will get electrical department.
