Hello aarav
Last year cutoff of haldia institute till round 4 for mechanical engineering was 52950 .So you have a very slight chance of getting admission into it.

No you will not get Haldia.. You will get bengal college of engineering, future, mursidabad college of engineering etc

Last year closing rank for Mechinacal in 4th round was 52950
