You have scored a decent rank in UPTU .According to the last year cutoff ,you stand a fair chance in getting admission in courses like electronics,information and chemical engineering.The last year the cut off for these streams were above 5000 and its very close to your rank.However a little high rank is required for CSE branch and its a little difficult to get a seat in this college according to last year's statistics.The last year cutoff in last round was  6585 but according to your rank you may get a seat for CSE.

This Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Kanpur lies in the top four colleges in Kanpur city. Since it is owned by the state government so it have low fees criteria as well. So overall you have chosen a good college and you should go for that.
