With a GMR of 19,551 you have a fair chance of getting CSE at several mid-tier private WBJEE colleges but not in top colleges like Jadavpur or KGEC.

For Mechanical Engineering ,your rank is good enough for most private colleges and some newer government colleges.Since WBJEE allotment is based on your GMR rank not OBC-A ranks(it only gives you access to reseved seats), the smart approach is to fill a long preference list with CSE/IT in private colleges and keep ME as a safe backup.
